How did your International Observe the Moon Night go? We would love to hear about your experience. Your feedback helps us to improve the program from year to year.

2025 editions of the Observer Feedback Survey, Event Host Feedback Survey, and Certificate of Participation will be published in advance of the event date.

Everyone who completes a survey will receive a brand new, never-before seen image of the Moon taken by the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter Camera. And, be sure to download your own personalized Certificate of Participation to celebrate your lunar achievement.
